  This location is very dirty, staff are always rude, drinks are never refilled, and they are ALWAYS out of food. Saw them wiping the counter with a dirty rag and pushing food on the counter (with dirty rag) back into the containers to be served. I have never had a bad experience at a chipotle until this!

  Out of steak, sour cream, and queso at 7:20pm. Employees are extremely rude about it. The store is also always very dirty. Don’t worry, Chipotle will respond with the generic message telling me to reach out to them - and then they’ll do absolutely nothing to hold the store accountable!

  Always long wait no matter what time you put in for pickup time. And the worst is when you noticed your order is completely different tthan what you have placed. Now we’re 20 min away and no food. And no one ever pick up the phone in there!!

  Worst service I’ve ever had in my life 99% of the time. The general manager and owner of this store should be ashamed of themselves for consistently training the most miserable service workers I’ve ever encountered. The lack of any kindness in this building is deafening. Constantly trying to sneak extra charges onto your bill and will cuss at you right to your face when you ask why. The GM keeps their business card out front with an email that is not active, likely because they would be overwhelmed with complaints if they put an actual contact email out.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The staff were not friendly, and the employee preparing my food handled it carelessly, throwing the ingredients into the bowl as if she didn’t care. There also seemed to be a language barrier because items were added to my bowl that I did not ask for. The chips were stale and the overall food quality was not very good. After ordering two bowls, the bag they gave me was broken. If I had not noticed, the food could have easily fallen onto the floor. In addition, the staff seemed more interested in joking and talking among themselves rather than helping customers. The restaurant itself was also very dirty. There were no spoons available, soda was spilled all over the counter, the garbage cans were overflowing, and the table were filthy. Based on this experience, I would not recommend getting food from this location.
