    Went into the drive thru and I sat there for 15 minutes and only one car moved. I used to work at MCdonalds, no order takes 15 minutes to make. I stayed there another 15 and no one moved. Seems like they were purposefully slowing down to not get to the orders. Ridiculous behavior at this location.

    I hate going to this McDonald’s, but because it’s right next to the hospital where I work I have no other choice. It’s always a hot mess with this McDonald’s. I already got a McChicken with no lettuce no onion no tomato and no mayonnaise. Just a plain chicken with pickles in the mixed strips are not even cooked. They’re raw. It’s disgusting.

    I “I have a lot of things to say, but I won’t say them because I don’t like ruining anyone’s business—after all, I have a business myself and I understand how much of an impact a single rating can have. I’ll just say this: please check your management. For the last ten days, I’ve been placing my order at McDonald’s and there’s so much mix-up. Sometimes I order a Filet-O-Fish and I get something else instead. Most of the time, I order a vanilla shake and they never have vanilla, so they give me coffee instead. Or I order a mocha iced coffee and they give me some cheaper iced coffee for $20. I might as well just go buy it from 7-Eleven. This is not good. Please check or change your management, do whatever you want, but this really needs to be looked at. If you keep providing service like this, your McDonald’s will end up shutting down soon
