  Ordered on the App and after we left we realized our order was wrong. Nothing you can do at that point!! So annoying!

  Didn’t give me all my food, had to drive back to get it, rude, didn’t receive any compensation. Company doesn’t reply when you file complaints.

  Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. Order #BH42IW53 (via McDonald’s app) I ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and a Medium Orange Juice. Unfortunately, when I opened the sealed bag, I found only a sausage patty, some scrambled eggs, and a packet of syrup. No pancakes, no hash brown, no biscuit. In other words, most of the meal I paid for was missing. For reference, the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes is supposed to include: Scrambled eggs Sausage patty Hash brown Biscuit Hotcakes with syrup & butter Yet despite paying full price, I received barely a fraction of what was ordered. Sadly, this isn’t surprising given this location’s 3.4-star rating. Obviously, quality control appears to be nonexistent. McDonald’s really needs to address this issue and ensure that sealed orders are not handed off missing the majority of their contents.

  Don't go here. The drive thru people consistently mess up orders and aren't trained on how to process deals on the app. I had a "5.79 10pc nugget or quarter pounder with cheese, with medium fries and drink", took my code and they charged me full price on my card since it was connected to the app because the person ordering didn't know what they were doing and the manager was useless. Also don't even bother trying to get help. The customer support asks you a million questions including invading your privact like what model phone or OS you use when you file a complaint. Specifically to make it more convenient for you to give up instead of rectifying their mistake like any other business does. I repeat, find another place to do business, they'll steal your money and make it impossible to file a complaint Edit: to McDonald's, no i won't click that link I already explained why it's useless. You ask 1000 irrelevant questions, like about my phone model and OS and just give me the runaround. I'm just going to tell everyone to avoid this location altogether since you don't seem interested in offering an easy solution to YOUR problem.
