  I usually refrain from negative reviews of any type but the last few interactions I’ve had here have pushed me away for good. The drive thru line had moved through everyone in front of me, which was about four cars, and I was still at the speaker waiting to order with a few cars built up behind me. I can understand being busy and needing a moment, we’re human. However, not once as I waited at the speaker was I even acknowledged. I couldn’t even hear the static from their headsets, so inevitably it was an awkward situation. I sit for another few seconds to a minute with no cars ahead of me waiting to be addressed, I’m not. I begin to think maybe the speaker isn’t working? Stuff happens, who knows. I pull up & they say “where’s your order” I very nicely informed them that I was unable to order due to nobody at the speaker. They tell me “we were busy” in an extremely rude tone & when asked if I could order at the window, they suggested only coffee as id have to go around in line again to order food. Another time, half their menu had been shut off, which happened to be the food side. I then asked to confirm food was still being served that day due to only coffees being shown on the menu, and was told “we serve sandwiches everyday” in the rudest tone. Customer service & awareness goes a long way. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences up until the last month or so, truly disappointing. The other Dunkin nearby has very friendly employees who are prompt, as does the nearby Starbucks. Both would happily make your orders, etc,

  Employees are very rude. Customer service is terrible. I live right nearby and I will drive the extra 3 miles do not go to this location ever again. today I got a strawberry daydream refresher.(I get the same drink every single day) Normally it’s a soft light pink, Today it was a dark Purple pink, I kindly asked if they could add more milk or fix it. I watched the man close the window and ask the girl and she proceeded to complain and talk shit. He then handed me back the exact same drink That was sitting on the table She refused to fix. I’m not the one who complain but come on you have one job you work at Dunkin’ Donuts get it together if you don’t like your job I don’t want to make the drinks properly or satisfy the paying customer then don’t work there

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is the worst in Plymouth, they always mess up orders even after you go in to fix them. The guy with dark hair and facial hair who works afternoons/evenings always has a terrible attitude. If they “mishear” your order, they’ll tell you they’re “too busy” to fix the order and that they’re “sorry”. I’ve already reached out to corporate because that’s unacceptable. Highly recommend going to the dunks down the street.

  I visited this store at 9:50 pm and waited at the drive in for somebody to attend me.Nobody came up and finally I went inside at 9.55 to get a cold reply that they are closed even though it was 10 before closing time.

  Horrible staff. Two older people at window acted like they didn't want to do their jobs. Never going back. Horrible people.
