He checked the bag again and started cussing under his breath about it. YOU made the mistake. At least I was nice about it. After he fixed it, he threw my bag on the counter and didn’t say anything. I grabbed my order from the counter and made sure I got my munchkins too.

- CRChelsea RoseJul 29, 20251.0Alert! Did a late run to Dunkin before getting on the interstate for a long drive North to Maine. Ordered 2 coffees and 4 donuts. Got to location to pick-up and was asked "what?" Through the order board by staff. We told her that we had a mobile order, the staff said that there were no donuts. I asked if there were any other pastries to replace them. She said there were only loaves and that 4 donuts were the equivalent 2 loaves. I informed her that the donuts were supposed to be for 3 people, so could we make it 3 loaves since they were not what we ordered. She said no. So I asked for a refund. She said she couldn't do a refund. She then had the gall to tell me that we were getting a deal by getting 2 strawberry lemon loaves, I couldn't hold back when I told her that we weren't, because they weren't anything we wanted, and to have a nice night. That was probably the most frustrating interaction at a dunkin I have ever experienced. 100% would not recommend stopping at this location.
