- MCMya CSep 13, 20251.0Guy making my food didn’t get my order correct so I asked him about it. He proceeded to say that he made it to order. He didn’t. He checked the bag again and started cussing under his breath about it. YOU made the mistake. At least I was nice about it. After he fixed it, he threw my bag on the counter and didn’t say anything. I grabbed my order from the counter and made sure I got my munchkins too.

- CRChelsea RoseJul 29, 20251.0Alert! Did a late run to Dunkin before getting on the interstate for a long drive North to Maine. Ordered 2 coffees and 4 donuts. Got to location to pick-up and was asked "what?" Through the order board by staff. We told her that we had a mobile order, the staff said that there were no donuts. I asked if there were any other pastries to replace them. She said there were only loaves and that 4 donuts were the equivalent 2 loaves. I informed her that the donuts were supposed to be for 3 people, so could we make it 3 loaves since they were not what we ordered. She said no. So I asked for a refund. She said she couldn't do a refund. She then had the gall to tell me that we were getting a deal by getting 2 strawberry lemon loaves, I couldn't hold back when I told her that we weren't, because they weren't anything we wanted, and to have a nice night. That was probably the most frustrating interaction at a dunkin I have ever experienced. 100% would not recommend stopping at this location.
