To make matters worse they didn’t even bother to pick up the phone. I’m a dunks regular wherever I go but avoid this place. I have some choice words!

Then when they "remade" it, they handed us a cup of creamer with literally no coffee, i kid you not. When he went inside they ignored him for a few minutes till he had to say something. The hot cocoa we ordered was literally hot water... they added MAYBE a drop of chocolate. This is not the first time we have had issues at this Dunks either. Will be our last visit.
