- AWAngela WNov 30, 20251.0Genuinely the worst dunkin in the area. We went to this one out of convenience and we regretted it. My friend's "iced coffee" was first handed to us as a hot coffee. Then when they "remade" it, they handed us a cup of creamer with literally no coffee, i kid you not. When he went inside they ignored him for a few minutes till he had to say something. The hot cocoa we ordered was literally hot water... they added MAYBE a drop of chocolate. This is not the first time we have had issues at this Dunks either. Will be our last visit.

Everything is made correct, everyone is smiling and greeting people. They’re always willing to help! They are phenomenal! This Dunkin location is very lucky to have this little dream team!

How do you hand someone such a messy cup and not even provide napkins 🤬 there's no way they didn't wipe off their hands after touching it... On top of that, I asked for a sausage and egg no cheese croissant, but I received a sausage and cheese croissant, which is so disappointing! Will be avoiding this Dunks going forward
