We went to another Dunkin nearby and we asked the employee for help to get our refund through the app. He apologized and informed us that the employee that gave us the options should have given us a cash refund since that what stores are instructed to do if there was an issue with the order. If stores are instructed to give cash refunds, give cash refunds and not give customers the wrong guidance.
