There was another man waiting outside the locked doors and he said the staff was ignoring him. I knocked on the door and they were clearly ignoring me as well. The store opened at 10:45 per the door but the staff had no intention of opening. This is the closet chiptole to me which is a 20 minute drive. I ended up leaving because they never opened the door. This happened 12/14/2025- I plan to put through a formal complaint for this location

Actually one of the worst experiences of my life. I was so excited for the bogo burrito day. Me and my friends went and a guy served us who was genuinely lost. I’ve never seen someone with entirely no soul behind their eyes. He was evil and maniacal and probably out for vengeance. He fingered my friend’s burrito, and then couldn’t gather the brain cells to wrap it so he plopped it in a bowl and called it a day. You think I’m joking I am NOT. DO NOT GO.
