So the wifey and I came to this location, after a long day of both of us working. We ordered from curbside and a red haired manager looking person delivered our food. We have been to this location a few times and have had interactions with them before, usually she's just quiet with RBF, and I don't mind.
Tonight they delivered our food and forgot our fries, ok, not a big deal mistakes are made frequently, and we often are missing things like fries, or cheese on our sandwiches, but we usually don't care and shrug it off. So not knowing if the doors were unlocked or not we called the store, and very politely explained the situation and asked if the door was unlocked.
The red headed "manager" then simply said I'll be right out, and hung up. When they came out they basically thew the bag of fries at us, almost spilling them, and immediately turned around and threw the building door open, slamming it into the wall, and then did the same thing with the second.
Now what really pissed me off, was when they were inside, they continued to glare at us as they walked passed. Now I was willing to go inside and pick them up, we never got the option, we were as nice as we could be as my wivey was on the phone with them, there was no need for the attitude, the drama nor the staring.
I sincerely hope that they aren't a manager because I'm terrified how they treat the staff they have if this is how they treat their customers. McDonald's you seriously need to figure something out with your staffing because this is not the first time this has happened, and not just this location.
Part of being an adult is leaving your personal feeling at the work door, and being able to handle what life throws at you, and find a healthy outlet after work. This individual should not be working with customers, and sure as hel should not have power over other human beings. On the upside I now understand why this location has a hard time keeping employees. Sincerely and have a great night, The Holistic Christian

Arrived at this McDonald's with the parking lot being completely dark and dreary looking on a cool October Friday night.. Not even the tall McDonald's sign that's usually lit up with all it's golden arches & red n white glory to let oncoming passerbys, patrons, and overall surrounding awareness that this McDonald's location is OPEN!
Yes without a doubt this location appeared to be closed, it was that dark out surrounding the whole restaurant even as you drove around the back it got even darker, with only just a little light coming from the drive thru ordering kiosk. I'm saying to myself is this what they do at this particular restaurant on Friday night to make it appear as if it is closed in order decrease/ keep away any potential customers from ever coming in? Owner manager if you're listening be very aware!
Aside from this initial awkward experience.. the food was outstanding beyond expectation My double quarter pounder deluxe the patties were so hot and juicy I couldn't believe myself after my first bite I nearly almost burnt my tongue and I was like wow that is a fresh hot Burger never before experienced at a McDonald's in my lifetime! So if you guys always need to turn off the lights just to make a burger like that when I arrive more power to you! LOL 😆👍
