  Ordered a cookie tote was given day old ones. Was told they cant make the cookie tote its in the back then was told to re order it and go back around after waiting 30min. They are trying to turn people away. Then, came back out with the cookie tote and told me she would be talking to her boss and no longer serving cookie Tote at night and to not come back for cookie totes at night.

  Absolutely disgusting the fries are ice cold when delivered from using door dash which was fast delivery so I know they sat around for a bit and on top of that my daughter didn't get her happy meal and how convenient I call to complain or see if something can be done and your mailbox is full and nobody is answering the phone....I'm super pissed as this was a lunch treat for my daughter for handling a doctor's appointment very well and now I'm out of money and she's out of a meal....y'all need to get it together I understand fast food and mistakes happen I worked at this location 20years ago but to have cold food and missing items is completely ridiculous

  All I wanted was a hot chocolate with vanilla and a saugauge , egg, & cheese sandwich. My sandwich was good but my hot chocolate was trash. As much as a large hot chocolate is all I got was water and vanilla. Omg, I was so pissed, I felt like taking it back and throwing it in her face. To have your heart set on something and not a lick of hot chocolate no where in the cup. So I paid damn near $6 or 7 dollars for a large hot chocolate I want to scream that is to much money not to get what you pay for….i hate this place the only thing they can do right is make a breakfast sandwich but everything thing else is either cold or too simple to make right. Just shut this place down.
