The Guy taking the order was extremely disrespectful, he yelled at some of us walking inside saying we had to go through drive thru and said it with attitude. When we went around to order he was rushing us to order and then when we asked for a second to get out selections in order, he told us to hurry up because there was a line. There was only one car behind us. When we pulled up to the window he was giving is a face. After on 3 cars left and drove off annoyed. Someone else with better attitude should be taking the orders! The lady charging us at the window was very patient and kind.

Absolute worst experience at a fast food restaurant that I have ever had! I went through the drive thru at 9pm. I was in line, behind the one person ahead of me for about 10 mins. When I pulled up to the windows, the employee charged me over $50 for an order that was not mine. He also charged me for my own order and I never received the food. I waited at the windows for about 30 mins. The employees could not figure out how to give me a refund. One of them took pictures of my car with their cell phone. I have contacted the store several times, only to receive an attitude. I have tried to be polite and it has gotten me no where. I would not recommend this restaurant. Also. The lobby has been closed for a long time. I had previously brought my disabled mom down and unloaded her and her wheelchair, just to find out that the lobby was closed. I would not recommend Pittsfield Wendy's to anyone.

Just got a door dash, food came cold which was fine, I asked for no tomatoes and ranch, just the lettuce bacon and cheese for the sandwich. I got a chicken sandwich with 3 slices of tomatoes, and a whole lot of ranch. No lettuce, no bacon, no cheese. They forgot my Cinnabon item. They forgot the baked potato. The chicken was even cook right, raw towards the middle. 2nd time I've had Wendy's and I dont think im coming back to Wendy's. Money well wasted. I feel like youll get better food service from scanners no adays
