With over a 30 minutes wait for our food with no explanation aside from the young man working the drive through on 10/19 approx. 5:45 aside from “it’ll be right out.” Denise took the time to come and discuss what the exact reason for the delay was instead of “I already told you, just a minute.” The wait for the food, sucks but it happens, but the unprofessionalism displayed in the temper the drive through worker was what made the experience less than positive. Denise is awesome, fantastic de-escalation skills.

The "franchise owner" bot has got to be stressed replying with promises to make it better. I am sitting in the line as I read all the reviews and responses, and even type out my own. I may have mispoke when I said fast food, because I have been here forever now. I would go inside to order, but after reading the reviews I'm scared I'd loose my appetite. Staff are friendly and apologetic for wait times. Franchise owner, hire more help for your staff please!!!!

I walked in earlier and the place was FILTHY TRASH EVERYWHERE, FLIES BUZZING AROUND, FOOD SCRAPS ALL OVER THE TABLES AND THE KITCHEN WHERE THEY MAKE THE FOOD. STRAIGHT-UP NASTY. I STOOD AT THE COUNTER FOR 10 MINUTES WATCHING THE USELESS EMPLOYEE MOVE LIKE A SNAIL DOING NOTHING, so I finally used the self-checkout. THEN I WAITED 30 MINUTES while the staff was TOO BUSY FOOLING AROUND to actually work. When I finally got my food, HALF OF IT WAS MISSING. So what happens? I wait ANOTHER 30 MINUTES just to get someone’s attention, and when they FINALLY came over they had the AUDACITY to ask me to PROVE they screwed up. Like really?? I PROVE IT, they say they’ll fix it, and guess what? THEY STILL MESSED IT UP. AT THAT POINT I LEFT. DONE. THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER. THE STAFF IS LAZY, RUDE, AND FLAT OUT INCOMPETENT. I WOULDN’T FEED THIS CRAP TO MY WORST ENEMY. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.
