The sandwhichs he has made me the last 3 times has been not only delicious but looked appetizing(not just thrown together). However today a young lady was working with Caleb and when I walked in didn't even bother to greet me or say 2 words. Allowed me to stand there for 4 minutes at the counter until Caleb came out... she needs to work on her customer service skills, or at least learn to say hello when people come in!(did not get her name). The bread at this subway is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS, it's the best tasting bread out of all the subways in Pittsfield. Would suggest to go here because of Caleb & the bread!!!
