Frozen foods are being improperly stored or transported - they show clear signs of being allowed to thaw and refreeze. This is a health and safety risk. The Deli prepared foods team peels all of the breading and skin off of the fried chicken when they package it as cold - so no one will buy it. Product constantly rings up at the wrong price and then you need to argue with the store staff and wait for a price check. All of this has been brought to the store manager repeatedly and it has only worsened in 8 months. The 800 customer service number is staffed by operators who think it is a game - you can't hear them because the connection is terrible, they put you on speakerphone and refuse to take you off, they refuse to transfer to a supervisor. Stop and Shop has become a horrible company!
