- AAAnnMarieJan 9, 20265.0I've always been a fan of Five Guys, and over the years have visited multiple locations all over Massachusetts, as well as Nashua, NH, but hands down, my favorite has become Pittsfield,MA. Why, you ask? The crew! The second you walk in the door, no matter what's going on outside of those doors melts away as you are greeted warmly, and honestly you just kinda want to hang out with these fellas. I truly appreciate them! I know I can go to any location and get good food, but the smiles and personalities at this particular location bring it to a next-level experience. The location is always clean, bright, and the music is at just the right volume, loud enough to keep the vibe fun but not so loud that you can't hear the person next to you.

Food is cooked right there infront of you and they actually focus highly on cleanliness and food safety (changing gloves before touching other things, paying attention to meat temp) things u hope other restaurants are practicing but you never know while you eat at those places.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
