It took forever to receive my order and the woman preparing them dropped a lot on the floor. She didn't apologize or offer to replace them. Terrible experience, long wait and didn't receive my full order. Will skip this Dunkin in the future.

The workers were nice, but they were so confused with everything and it wasn’t even busy.. I know serving the public isn’t easy but they just couldnt get their act together.. This morning on way home from work I grabbed 3 bagels for the kids and a coffee. Decided to give it a second chance.. got half way home to realize I had 2 peoples call in order!!!!at that point I was so tired I couldn’t drive back the 15 min.. such a waste of money and disappointment to the other people who didn’t get their food..
