- SMStephanie M.Sep 8, 20254.0We are weekly takeout customers. For medical reasons, I can’t have onions in the guacamole. So I always ask for just avocados and tomatoes . They usually honor the request without issue. It’s super simple to do . However, tonight is the third time they blatantly disregarded the instructions on the receipt (in bright red font - see photo) and provided us with guacamole with onions. Now we paid for something , yet again, that we can’t eat. It’s frustrating. They also charge for two extra tortillas. We don’t get any of the sides that come with the fajitas, and so they are saving $ there … why they can’t throw in 2 flour tortillas in light of that, without charging us , is beyond me . We are excellent customers . It’s the principle. Very off-putting.
