  My entire family (all nine of us) dined at Ithaki for Greek Easter. The special Easter menu had all of our favorites! Everything was magnificent and they gave each of us a red dyed egg for the traditional egg breaking! Our server Enea was wonderful and made it a very special day for us! Thank you!

  We came here after arriving from out of town and only because it was recommended by the hotel receptionist of where we were staying...The lady flat out told us she has a table but she'll need it in an hour's time. We opted for takeout since we didn't have a reservation. The best approach would have been, "today's a busy day and the waiting is usually longer." Maybe do better next time, as we're in town for work.

  A joy. Went for a date night with my wife and three year old. We got the pita with the hummus, tzatziki and whipped jalapeño and the mussel appetizer to start. For entrees, we enjoyed the beet salad with chicken and branzino. It was wonderful and the service made it even better. We’ll be coming back monthly to continue exploring the menu.

  It was all good , the food , the service the drinks but towards the end we see a mice running around. We told our waiter and the front hostess and response was “it was the second one today”. I couldn’t even finish my meal and completely got grossed out. Again, not our servers fault but the owners really need to do something about it cause it’s pretty disgusting. 🤢

  We love Greek food. So we tried Ithaki. The food was the best Greek cuisine we've ever had in a restaurant in the US! We sat at the bar, the service was attentive and the drinks were delicious as well. Outstanding! A five star experience until the check came, and hence the 3 stars in my review. Here is why.....photos attached... Apparently whomever runs Ithaki feels that it is OK to charge a 4% SURCHARGE fee for anyone paying by credit card. When I asked my bartender if it was a mistake, he tried to explain that it was a discount for cash. But that's not what the receipt said - it showed the menu price as the cash price and a HIGHER price as the credit card price. It's only $7 and change, but it's illegal. And it's not about me and my $7, it's everyone else in the restaurant being hit with an ILLEGAL FEE. I hope Ithaki management reads this and adjusts the POS system to show the total as the CREDIT price and then offer a lower price if you pay cash. That's the way it works in other restaurants in MA that offer a discount for cash. I'm hoping it's just an honest mistake by someone who runs their POS system. But I got a good laugh when the people that work there were trying to explain to me there is a discount for cash. Hard stop - NO - On the receipt cash is the full price - use a credit card and it is the full price plus an illegal credit card fee. The prices shown for the items ordered are the prices shown on the menu. You really do need to fix this, you have a fine restaurant.
