I then called, and all they did was talk over me and said my boys never tried to pick up the order, which was a lie because I was on the phone with my son when he tried to pick it up. $83 for awful service.

Not hot. Not salty. It was like we were not even at Five Guys. Take a look at that location. Employees were eating fries while cooking. Absolute train wreck of a location.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
