  5 stars to the Stop & Shop Bakery Department! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They truly brought my vision to life with the beautiful cake they created for my baby shower. It was everything I imagined and more. Thank you so much to the amazing staff for your creativity, attention to detail, and hard work — you helped make my day extra special!

  Three times I’ve bought an onions and they’ve been rotten. This time I even bought two just in case one was rotten and both were rotten all the way through. It’s so frustrating. Other than that the store is nice, but you should really get fresher Veggies. That shouldn’t happen this many times.

  Doesn't allow kombucha to be paid with food stamps (Market Basket does). Every time I go to this Stop and Shop in Peabody the sale price doesn't come off a lot of the items. I specifically buy items on sale and it's EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND IMPORTANT that the sale price comes off. I've gotten to the point where I ring up items individually to see if the sale price is reflected because sometimes it doesn't reflect until the end but nope. SALE PROCES DO NOT WORK AT SELF CHECKOUT HALF THE TIME. It's been a CONSTANT ISSUE when I come here. Today was the last straw. I will not come here again. It happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. I will take the 5-10 minute ride to Market Basket. Enough is enough. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AND NAKE SURE IT RINGS THROUGH AS THE SALE PRICE. And to edit it's not because I didn't use the "digital coupon".

  Never had anything in stock, employees are rude and unprofessional. Save yourself pain and go to Market Basket in Danvers instead.

  I ONLY give them a 4 because I’ve been to that store hundreds of times and haven’t really been help. Just kind of directed. But tonight was different. I needed an ingredient that I hadn’t even heard of and saw Mary (customer service rep), she then looked for my main man!!! STEVE the manager. He took me down the produce isle and there it was!!! Daikon radish! 🤯 Thanks Steve! I can enjoy my spring rolls now!! 😂
