Shopper chats if something is out in real time. First time doing produce items for a salad and this will be the last time I order anything fresh from Shaws. The 3 pack of romaine had one piece that was tiny to the point I thought maybe someone opened this and ate some but no it was sealed so I asked for a refund right away and no issues. However when I went to make the salad with the rest of the items I bought the radishes smelled rancid - how did the shopper miss this…. The bell pepper was slimy (how did they miss that…), the cherry tomatoes were 80% spoiled there were actual rotten pieces that were showing on the outside that I didn’t see until I went to make my salad. Either very poor quality or whoever shopped my order didn’t notice the rancid smell or the ridiculous romaine lettuce missing a piece. To make it worse since I requested a refund right away for the lettuce the app doesn’t permit you to put in a second refund request so I got stuck with a bunch of rotten veggies that I trashed and had to repurchase. Do better Shaws!
