It’s clear they’re doing it right here, and I wish every location was this good. It’s always a pleasure to stop by on the way to work.

They also have an attitude when you ask them to make it correctly. idk what happened but they are definitely going down compared to how they used to be

Immediately after paying I saw the $6 meal that was what I ordered plus hashbrowns. I said oh that’s what I got plus more for less money, can I switch to that, get a refund and pay the $6. The woman taking my order said yes let me get my manager to show me how to do that. The manager refused to do it, belittled me, and spoke very rudely. The woman thought I was in the right and was clearly very uncomfortable, and unlike the manager who mocked me, was very apologetic and was trying to make it up to me. First of all, I should have been notified that there was a deal for what I ordered. Second of all I should have been refunded. Third of all, managers should not talk that way to customers.
