  Twice recently I have been to this location in the afternoon. Same team of two. Let me saw what is good. The young man working. He is kind and I feel sorry for him as he has to work with this THING. First time most recently he took my order, no one in the lot, no one in the drive thru. I ordered two drinks, less ice more sparkling water. Shouldn’t be hard. She was mumbling nonsense and neither request was honored. Whatever, they only charged for the sparkling water. Maybe she is having a bad day. I tipped a buck because that’s what I had. Today, my fifteen year olds daughter ordered on the app. One drink. Medium strawberry dragonfruit refresher. We were three minutes away. She didn’t approach the counter, she waited, was looking at her phone, the nice young man asked if one of the orders was for her, and she said they could take their time she wasn’t in a rush. The THING came from out back to berate her for “needing more time”. Again. No one in drive thru, they had two orders for ONE DRINK each, and my daughter said she didn’t mind waiting. This lady is miserable. I went in and tipped five bucks, apologized to the young man for having to work with her, as he probably makes very low tips working with someone like her. Something needs to change. She needs a vacation, at least a month where she can go to a relaxation retreat and not team out fifteen year old kids who point blank said they weren’t in a rush and to take your time. What the actual heck? I will NOT be returning to that location if she is working there.

  Where is Dunkin’ Donuts have ever been to the Staff that works? There are very lazy. You asked them to make a bagel with butter and cream cheese on it. What do they do? They just throw a bagel with some butter on the side no cream cheese. No nothing horrible Service. They don’t even pay attention to you when you speak to them. They’re too busy with their conversations. I will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts again never!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Always a great stop! The coffee is fresh, food comes out quick, and the service is friendly. The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere — perfect for a quick breakfast or coffee break.

  The young lady with the glasses today was so ignorant messing up the order and said I asked for water then rolled her eyes at me I was furious never had that experience here
