    Absolutely love this place! The burritos are always fresh and packed with flavor, and the staff is super friendly and efficient. I can’t get enough of the guacamole – it’s a must-try!

    I arrived when they opened 10:45 Like it says on the website, When I got there, they were rushing so fast to get set up. I sat there for almost 5 minutes. No one said anything to me and they looked pissed off that I was there. I am on break from work and if you say you’re open on a specific time, you should be ready to serve.

    I ordered online, double beef and double rice. the bowl came out to $20 because of the round up. I have had more beef and more rice without ordering extra from other location. The beef cube were extremely small and super saltier than usual.

    The guy in front of me spoke Spanish, and when he asked for double chicken, the worker gave him FOUR scoops of chicken. When I asked for double chicken, she only gave me TWO scoops of chicken. Same price, different portions for people the speak different languages? What gives?

    If your location is closed for renovations one would think the first thing you do is mark location temporarily closed on maps/ website. But I guess much like whatever policy change happened in recent years that made every single Chipotle location's rating plummet, is also responsible for not caring about that either. Seriously though why is every location a 3 or 2 star rating?? And no chipotle I will not submit this to your website. Have your team actually read reviews on the top apps/platforms. Update: Store is open again. 4/15 Response to Chipotle comment below↓: Have this printed out and mailed to who ever is steering the company ship. I and many other frustrated long time customers I've talked to have written off chipotle. Every time someone in my circles gives it a try it's always a let down. With what appears to be an average rating between 2.9 and 3.3 stars in the Northeast and issues regarding allergies, quality of food, and attentiveness/ awareness with food service. It seems that there's been a shift in management where even something as simple as store management being taught to teach good discipline to prep & line workers is all but gone now when it used to be top priority. Used to work at a location, and it was top notch. I remember being impressed with how tight of a ship the company ran and how much they taught store managers to care and do. That's completely absent now. Just this location you had someone with a whole butterfly in their food and you sent an auto response showing zero concern to the situation. Another had seen a couple mice while eating here, same thing. Over at your Salem NH location I gave it a try again after being let down a couple years ago, and I paid the price. Got a CUT GLOVE TIP in my food. I choked on it a little coughed it up and out through my nose. That's what I get for trying to be the optimist. Unfortunately I'm beyond three strikes, you're out. Damn near every location used to be 4 stars in this area. The lower side of 4 stars used to be yikes wonder what's going on at that location. Until I and I'm sure many others see that again we're not coming back to any Chipotle location. And it really sucks to say that.
