Once I got up there, worker said oh shit, I forgot about this order.. waited a couple more minutes and when I received my McFlurry it was so melted the Oreos and the M&MS were floating. Also the sundae I ordered was wrong it was supposed to be caramel and they gave me hot fudge. Worst service know to earth, I rather have them tell me the ice cream machine was broken 🤷🏽♂️🫣.

So for the next 15 minutes I stood behind them and 2 employees as they talked with the person in front of the register. They should have moved over to the side and have a different employee take customers orders.
