  Have been waiting in the drive thru for 15 mins, they told me they can only take 1 car at a time and have been sitting infront of the microphone to make my order, slowest worst experience EVER!!   Would leave a zero if a could. Terrible service! You literally just sit at the drive through and nobody greets or waits on you.

  Absolutely horrible experience, placed an order through the app, waited more than long enough, came to the store and it was not ready, kept telling me it's a drive thru order when in fact it wasn't it says on screen PICKUP AT COUNTER, they acted like I was trying to scam them out of a 6 dollar meal 🤣 when I finally was hastily handed the food I ordered by the ever so rude manager, I was given the wrong drink, I ordered sweet tea and a small cup was shoved at me, after the horrible in store experience I go to eat my food and this is just INEDIBLE, stale burger that seems like its been sitting around all day, old soggy nasty fries and of course no sauce for my rock hard nuggets. DO BETTER because you're gonna lose your whole customer base unless that's what you're aiming for...

  Used to be one of my favorite locations, it's TERRIBLE now. Last week my husband waited 30 minutes to get our food all for them to her it wrong and he waited another 15 mins for them to correct it. I decided to come here thinking maybe they just had a rough night, for the SAME EXACT thing to happen! I'm still waiting as. I write this. I needed them to fix 2 cheeseburgers and it's been 10-15 mins and there's very few customers in here. It would've been faster making the extra drive to Stafford

  first time ive ever been told they didnt want to make what i ordered because it was too close to lunch to make more eggs for the sandwich i ordered, after that i had to wait 45 for two small frys and a 6 piece nugget place is a dump
