EVERY time we come here, they tell us to pull up. When we got to the window, we were the ONLY soul of a customer at this location, and here I am pulled forward writing this review. Management needs to get it together here. OH, and there was an eggshell in the sandwich. Just go to Wendy’s across the street. UPDATE: we went the next day because we were in a hurry. Not another customer in sight in the morning and STILL HAD ME WAIT for a medium sized order….

I ordered a quarter pounder and two standard chicken Happy Meals – no customization at all – and it took 30 minutes from the moment I swiped my card to when the food finally showed up. We were dining in, and the staff told me they were “absolutely overwhelmed” by the lunch rush. The part that made no sense is that there were easily 15 people in the kitchen, yet the food still took half an hour and wasn’t even hot when it arrived. Pretty disappointing. The only positive: the location looks newly renovated and has a solid play area, which helped keep the kids occupied while everyone was starving. Overall, not the experience you expect for basic fast food.
