    Rocky and Chitra The owners of Subway in Oxford are doing a fabulous job. Their product is always fresh. The restaurant is always clean I’ve always had great service They also have a great staff.

    Online orders are always ready for my arrival, makes this spot a convenient and great place for lunch. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating to your order as well!

    For starters, they have extremely bad costumer service, they made me pay for cup that was free and I filled it with a different beverage then she walked over to me and told me “I HAVE TO PAY” after I offered to just dump it out. I understand it is product but the price for the size of the cup was ridiculous. It was a small plastic cup and they charged me three dollars. They were very rude to my friends and I, had a bad attitude and gave us dirty looks while staring at us. They also had AirPods in the entire time while they yelled at my friend for not understanding what they were saying when they clearly have a strong accent. They were laughing at us and speaking a completely different language mid conversation. They also charged my friend for the “meal of the day” 11 dollars when it said on the board it was only $6.99 after the worker convinced her to get the drink while she only wanted the chips and 6inch sub to begin with. Then lied that she made her pay more when she had receipt evidence that she paid more than she had to. She was super disrespectful to us vs the other costumers. Etc. They scammed us and proceeded to make up pay extra for irrelevant items. It seems to me that they just wanted us to pay extra money for no reason after we already paid. We were trying our hardest to be respectful and not cause a scene while paying for everything they asked of us. But they kept yelling at friend. For example, my friend didn’t hear her the first time correctly when she asked what bread she wanted and answered wrong, she yelled at her. And when she was filling up her drink she yelled “You understand what I’m saying!” after not hearing her the first time. Overall super disrespectful and they just seemed irritated that we were even there. They have a terrible attitude and just extremely rude in general. This has 100% been my worst experience with a company. I will not be returning, it’s not worth my time or my breath as it seems they were just fighting with me for no reason. This subway should be your last resort in terms of fast food. Honestly any other place then this it was a very irritating and unexpected situation. This isn’t the first time we’ve been treated this way at this subway. 0/10 do not recommend this subway at all. Thank you.

    Incredibly rude staff, charged my friend 4 extra dollars for something she didn’t ask for. Also spoke a completely different language mid conversation with her and her co-worker. Started yelling at me because I didn’t understand what she was saying and she started yelling “YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT IM SAYING” very bias between me and my friends vs other customers. Me and my friends were being respectful and they were being incredibly rude and disrespectful towards us for no reason. I would love to tell you more about how we got scammed. First she charged my friend for a water cup because she filled it with another beverage besides water. And instead of letting her just pour it out she made her pay $2.79 I wish I got there names so I could be more specific but they were extremely rude and aggressive towards my friends and I, while we were being respectful. Overall 1 star because of rude behavior and money complications. Such as scamming us and claiming she didn’t say what she said to make it more money. And charging us for irrelevant products which were supposed to be free. Another disrespectful thing is the fact she had her AirPods in and spoke a different language to her co-worker while we were trying to understand her. I am proud to say this was the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. 0/10 do not recommend this subway it’s worth just driving to a different one.

    Extremely rude mocking us and making us pay 3$ for a cup because we got doctor pepper instead of water. Scamming us saying it was $11 when the meal of the day is $6.99. Making dirty faces at us and talking in a different language mid conversation with them. I saw her itch her butt and make a persons meal with no gloves
