  First it's a McDonalds. It's not a Hells Kitchen. This one is clean. Staff is nice. And a Quarter Pounder with fries every so often really hits the spot

  Awhile back I had an issue where I used the discount on the app to order a 99 cent large iced coffee. The app glitched and I was charged but somehow no coffee was there for me. I bought a second coffee. After literally hours of work trying to get a refund from support, I was put in touch with a manager from the location. She was pleasant and told me she would provide me a coffee but was unable to give a refund. I do not drive by this location often and it has been a few months. The manager on duty today would not give me replacement coffee. I hate the glitchy app and disorganized support. "Support" seems like bots programmed to do anything to avoid a $.99 refund, and this restaurant location seems to have bad customer service, too. Should have just given me my 99 cents back. I am a technician on the road daily and I will never visit this location again and will repeat my story anytime this location or the app is mentioned by a friend or colleague.

  Worts sperience the food incomplete talking potugues so much don’t putting attention at the order and very RUDE Person . You coming for pick up your order. Don’t for recibe bad faces and talking bad things and you do difference when you onderstand the person saying!

  I usually avoid McDonalds but they were the only place open early this am. I’ve been laid up with severe food poisoning since, starting an hour or two after I ate there. All I ordered was fries, which I didn’t even finish because something was off. Never again!
