    The one thing about this Norwood MA location are the vendors that barricade the aisles with their pallets and wheelers and pretend they don't see customers trying to get by or get an item. Their convenience should not over shadow paying customers!

    this store is the worse stop and shop on the planet. whoever is supervisor at this stop and shop treats their employees like actual garbage. she gets into altercations with her employees and doesn’t care for their wellbeing. the supervisor also likes to scream and employees in front of customers for no reason, creating a hostile environment. did i also forget to manage that there are rats on the premises INSIDE of the produce isles?

    The sale sign shows 21.6 fl oz Dawn dishwashing liquid on sale for $2.99 after digital coupon clipped. At the cash register, it rings up the original price. I pin point this error to the sale assistant with the photo. She refuses to give me the item for free or even honor me a lower price. She says that is the wrong size. Obviously, Stop & Shop has VIOLATED the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Law. Moreover, 8 pieces of fried chicken were advertised for $5.99. This sale price was attractive. I went to this store to check it out, but I did not see them anywhere. I asked the food preparer. She said to come back in 35 minutes. I went back 1 hour later, but I still did not see this advertised sale item. What a WASTE of time and gas for shopping here, but got nothing!

    I love stop & shop. It’s my go to store to shop. Unfortunately, I’ve been experiencing racism at the stop & shop in Norwood, Ma. Everything from being rude to putting my bread in bags with cans to allowing the white customers to go through 12 items or less line but not the people of color. It’s sad because I grew up with stop & shop being my supermarket.
