App gives you an unrealistic timeframe of 2-5 minutes . After 15 minutes I decided to go in and try to cancel my order but apparently is was "ready" . The burger and wrap were cold . The fries were a little warm. Save yourself the disappointment and maybe try burger king across the street.

It was for a dollar Any size fry so then I said I wanted a large. She said the code didn’t work and to drive up and they’ll figure it out. So then I continue to order my meal. At the window, I double checked to make sure she got my code. Then she decided to get the manager or shift leader, whoever was on duty. I told her what I ordered. She said I got the meal. Never ordered the meal at the Speaker. I asked for the fry for the deal. I asked for a 10 piece nugget and a large Sprite all separate. The shift leader then turned around and proceeded To talk out loud saying she’s not going to deal with this tonight. This is what I’m gonna do because I’m not dealing with this. And did it in an aggressive manner. All I asked was if they got my code because that’s what I wanted. I don’t know who was in charge. I decided not to say anything. But I feel like if there is a problem with my order or the system it is on the shift, leader or manager’s job description to help solve the problem instead of adding it on or becoming frustrated and giving up.
