Why order online when people who walk in and order get their drinks faster? Every time I go here it is a problem. Literally just a large mocha iced coffee 4 cream, 3 sugar and cold foam, spelled out exactly how to make it on the sticker and receipt that prints out for them. This time they made the wrong drink and after noticing I get my drink and it is not even mixed. It has cold foam on top, which is supposed to be sipped with the coffee. Now I am forced to mix it all together and ruin what I paid EXTRA for. I know the job is busy etc. but the dunks on RT1 next to the 99 restaurant is so much better. I will forevermore drive out of my way to go there instead.
