- MRmarie rosaApr 16, 20261.0they never make anything right. everytime i get the hash browns they’re burnt or just look and taste like they’re from the day before. can’t even begin to explain the refreshers. they’re always sour because of the lemonade they use and they make it like it’s a lemonade with a drop of the flavor (strawberry dragon fruit). it just seems like the workers put no effort in any of the orders and they need to do better.

I also observed a food handler touching her phone and her face with gloves on and then continuing to handle food without changing them, which raised serious hygiene concerns. I would not recommend this place.

I’m a little picky so I always ask for my English muffin to be toasted and my bacon to be extra crispy. Without fail, they always come through with top-notch food and service! There’s a very nice young lady named Hailey who works the window and always goes above and beyond! She very much reminds me of my own daughter. Thank you, Dunkin’ for always making my morning a special one!
