- TDTim DavisSep 4, 20251.0I used the men’s room in this store and I had to walk out. I’ve seen more clean bathrooms in a rundown gas station. If the overall cleanliness of the store is reflected by the way that they keep their restrooms, I wouldn’t buy anything from this place. I don’t plan on stepping into this store to go shopping anytime soon. And Stop & Shop wonders why its reputation is so bad.

I came to this location with my boyfriend (25) to purchase a case of light alcoholic beverage and a few other miscellaneous items. Before we even put our items down we were asked to present our IDs, which we politely obliged. Because my ID is out of state, the cashier said she could not complete the transaction. I presented my old ID from when I was underaged as a second form of identification, which has all the exact information. Our transaction was voided and we were pulled aside to the customer service area while the cashier contacted the manager. After waiting we were told we could not be serviced. I feel incredibly disrespected. I recommend going to Market Basket as they have much better customer service.
