If I forget to order it correctly they will ask me if I am sure I don’t want it my usual way. Just super friendly staff starting with the two managers (I think that’s what they are called). McDonald’s is a formula business, but these guys add a human touch that you don’t see in other fast food outlets (Chik Fil A friendliness seems forced and fake to me)
