  One of the best Dunkin locations I have visited! Sabine made some of the best coffee my family and I ever had from a Dunkin. I will be back!

  No wonder why I stopped going to this Norton, MA location on E. Main Street. I drove to the intercom to place my order, "CAN I HELP YOU" (very aggressive) Not even a "hello" ... I let it go( customer service is not what it use to be). When I pulled up to the window to receive my coffee. I asked her, the question, is this the coffee with vanilla bean? She proceeds to say there is not a button to select vanilla bean, so this is your order. Then, I had said to her. Okay, I was just making sure because the coffee seemed a little darker than usual. She then said yes, this is your order just like I told you- slammed the window door and walked away. I sat at the window for a moment because I was shocked at the response. She (Laurie) saw that I was still sitting at the window, because I was not moving(still shocked at her repsonse), and she continued to stare at me. A young boy came to the window, opened it to ask what I needed, I asked him for her name, which is Laurie. It's interesting to read posts about the service at this location and how rude the employees have been and nothing seems to be getting done. DD Norton, MA do better and train your employees on effective and proper Customer Service.

  Every time I have visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location, I have had a negative experience. The employees and managers are consistently rude and unprofessional. There is a lack of consistency when it comes to their stated “policies,” as they seem to change depending on the situation, which is confusing and frustrating as a customer. On multiple occasions, employees have argued rather than providing clarification or assistance. Instead of making customers feel welcome, interactions often feel uncomfortable simply for asking reasonable questions. Overall, this location lacks basic customer service standards.

  They say their open at 330 a.m., but don't go there til after 4 a.m. because you will wait in drive-thru until 4. The staff are quite rude when I mentioned that their signs and website say they are open at 330 a.m , but don't even put their headsets on til 4 The coffee is good for the most part Usually isn't hot enough and they never stir the coffee which makes a huge difference in taste The manager here ive witnessed many times being very rude to her staff which is sad. Its a great location, and when done right with little effort, the coffee is pretty good. If they would pay attention to people there early in drive thru , this would be a great dunkin donuts

  Other reviewers aren't wrong about this place, but it was a meeting point and not a "needs coffee" stop. My iced latte was more ice than latte.
