"We only have X amount of time to prepare this.". I didn't know there were rules to this. Today I placed a mobile order. It took them half an hour to complete it. The people behind the counter had no sense of urgency. When it was done, it sat for a couple of minutes behind the mobile order rack. When I peaked over: "Go ahead and grab it." Nice. Finally, they didn't have something that I ordered on the app. To get a refund I was told I would have to wait in the cash register line. More wasted time.

They threw my card shoved a donut bag into my bag and people in the back started yelling and loudly talking about how I was “entitled” for asking for a second bag. *edited to change food to one Star too. Donuts were very stale and it was only 930 am

It is inconsistent, they don’t put enough sauce on loaded hash browns, (literally a small squirt of sauce is what I always get) the hash browns are always soggy, I ask for avocado toast with bacon and they charge it and it’s not the first time I get it without the bacon. I know they don’t care but I'm just not coming back there its a waste of money.

There are changes need to be made.if other locations don't charge you to use the restroom it should be the same for every location.
