I went to Dunkin’ today specifically to use up my 23,000 points before they expired, after already losing nearly 60,000 points last time without warning. Maybe they sent an email, but I didn’t see it either way, it’s incredibly frustrating to have that many points erased so suddenly. I went to the Norton Ma store on 123, I selected multiple items in the app to redeem, but the system only generated one QR code that took off a single item. I tried this in front of the cashier several times, and even he didn’t know what to say. When I asked for a manager, the conversation became even more frustrating. Instead of helping me figure out where the rest of my points went or walking me through the app, she kept repeating what came off the receipt over and over. After nearly an hour of back-and-forth, the only advice I got was to “call customer service” because there was nothing she could do. This entire experience left me feeling ignored, unsupported, and cheated out of rewards I earned. The app is confusing, the staff weren’t trained to help, and the manager seemed more focused on defending the receipt than solving the problem. If Dunkin’ wants customers to trust their rewards program, they need: • Clear communication about point expirations • A functional app that redeems multiple items correctly • Store managers trained to actually assist with rewards issues Until then, the program feels unreliable and unfair and I left the store more frustrated than satisfied.

I was a inconvenience for two young ladies having a conversation. Ending with the wrong size coffee. Sorry to be a bother
