  Worst Dunkin ever!!!!! Coffee always tastes burnt. Service is horrible. Employees don't know how to make coffee and are extremely RUDE! Messed up my ice coffee. Went inside for them to fix it. They took the top off passed it around trying to figure out who made it wanted to charge me to fix it when I said no they tried to hand me back my old coffee without the cover that they all touched 🤢 I would just avoid this dunks all together

  Went through drive thru and then went in to use bathroom I was stopped by a Woman between 50-60 yrs old that works their and she told me it was for paying customers only,I told her I had just been I the drive thru she told me she didn't care and if I wanted to use bathroom I had to by something to get code for bathroom door. Don't understand why bathroom has a code I've lived in Norton for quite sometime and will never visit this location again

  The most horrible manager, I went to the drive through and placed an order. Which was fine, I realized I had to use the restroom, so I just swung around and went in. The extremely rude woman informed me it's only for customers, I said I literally just went through the drive through, and she said go back around and get your receipt. What!!!! Are you kidding me, forget the fact that I'm walking with a cane and totally bald, battling cancer. But the fact that this woman was unbelievably rude. I will never do business there again.

  Asked for cream cheese on a bagel and they barely put any on. When I went to ask for more I had to explain myself 3 times. Then they said I had to pay for extra. I feel like I paid extra for a normal amount of cream cheese. They weren't exactly rude, but they weren't nice either

  There’s an older woman working at the counter who doesn’t greet anyone and speaks in a very arrogant tone. She takes orders however she pleases and treats both customers and coworkers with contempt. When you ask her to fix an order she messed up, she starts an argument or simply refuses to do it. Honestly, I think she should either look for another job or just retire.
