Yesterday I brought my daughter for her birthday and without having the app, she just asked if you do anything for birthdays and he gave her a mini bowl for free. We always have a good experience there.
- NTNancy TashjianApr 2, 20265.0On the evening of National Burrito Day, with a BOGO special in effect, this location was definitely understaffed. There were only three young men working, and there was a line of people in the restaurant waiting to order, and an even greater volume of mobile orders being submitted. My husband & I were dining in, so we had front-row seats to observe how they handled a very challenging situation. They were forced to divide & conquer, so to speak: one handled the register, and greeted the guests coming in to pick up mobile orders, one was waiting on the guests in house, and the third (who appeared to be the shift supervisor) was scurrying around filling the mobile orders, and refilling the food line as needed. It was actually a state of barely contained chaos, but they kept their spirits up, had a great attitude, and managed to get through an extremely busy hour exceptionally well, filling all mobile orders, as well as the walk-ins. I applauded their efforts, congratulating them on a job well done! I told them they should be proud of themselves, and I want their boss to know they did a great job!!
