  Horrible, incompetent workers that have no communication at all. Been waiting over an hour and a half for my food

  First time going in there, no one Greeted me , didn’t say they where doing just the self order machine i just guessed and did it , i was confused a bit because no one greeted or point me to the right direction i assumed . So i picked what i was getting and my freind did the same we picked what we wanted and there is was a good traffic that was fine but then 20 minutes past and i’ve bin seeing everyone that came in after that ordered get they food before me im like ok whats going on like at this point im like i gotta ask for my food because door dash, drive through and people that ordered inside leave i ask the drive through girl about my order and she help me nicely and aak in the back about my order mined you she had just put my order by the door dash but she ain't really know that was for us she in the drive through so age ask the other girl about are food and said i just gave it to you . So i was like ok we ok now got are food and got in the car and food was missing and food was cold not even warm i was gonna go inside but it wasn't worth to wait more time to get food redone, so just ate are food cold because we was hungry! I wasted $27.27 on 4 things and it was supposed to have more things with my meal and freind and i put it for dine in they had it to go

  Update: Went back on 04/20 and had to wait for my fries. However they were fresh and they added on some cinnabon bites for the wait! --- I ordered a taco and two large nacho fries. Both my fries were missing because they were out and didn't communicate that.

  every time I've ordered from here, it's taken over 30 minutes for my order to be made, even if it's just one drink. when I order sauces, they don't give them to us either.
