  I've been going to this same McDonald's since the 1980s. I had my 6th birthday party there.This is where we went for breakfast before highschool. Those memories are the only good thing left at this place. The food was awful the service was worse. The Big Mac was not what I remember and the Filet-O-Fish was so old it was uneatable. At least the fries were ok. Price doesn't not represent the quality of anything. Good thing for 5 guys down the street.

  We went to McDonald’s for dinner tonight. My daughter had a giant black hair in her burger. Then when we brought it in the girl gave us a hard time about a refund for the burger, even though we brought the food back, then asked if we did it at our house like we put the hair in it. I said we’re all blonde hair. This is jet black. I said like that woman right there playing with her hair hanging out of her hat this woman was literally playing with her long black hair outside her hat, twirling it with her hand and then making food. I said that goes against health department codes, and serve Safe. This manager didn’t know what serve Safe was and said she’s following McDonald’s protocol. You can’t serve people food and have your hair 12 inches out your hat McDonald’s in Northampton is gone down so much. I don’t know how they’re in business anymore and I will be reporting this with the pictures to the health department and a video.

  Let's take a guess, a gander, a google at what this McDonald's provided: It's as good as it sounds. A 2000-calorie meal that leaves you hungry 20 minutes after the fact. Overly sweet dessert, overly salty food. Pathetic nutritional value. Incredibly expensive to the point where you'd be better off making a bag of beans and a bag of white rice from the store (mm, that would taste miles better than the 1020-calorie Big Arch). There's no point to this. Get your life together and go to the store. Buy a kiwi. Buy some cheaper meat. Maybe sausage or a cheap cut of flank. Go home. Make the food. Season it. Taste the food you made because you wanted to feel better in and about your life.

  I tried the new Big Arch Burger. Satisfying and very tasty! A bit pricey, but no need for dessert of fries. A complete meal itself with a soda!
