  Whoever the new manager is on Saturdays is EXTREMELY rude and condescending. His employee messed up and when I tried to explain, the manager kept cutting me off, mocking me. At one point he said, "the customer is always right in matters of taste." I never used the customer is always right line, didn't ask for a refund or anything special. He said it like he was high and mighty and on TikTok too much. When I called to ask for a number to call to report his behavior. He mockingly asked for my name, and when I told him he didn't need it he said, "make sure to leave us 5 stars on yelp", and hung up. Been going to this Dunks for 7+ years and they definitely hired someone who should *not* be working in retail. Seems I am not alone as several reviews here discuss the incredibly rude staff, and even call out weekend people. Glad these awful people are being called out and held accountable.

  I have been a regular customer here since they opened at this location. I never felt the need to leave a review until now. I had a simple order. One sandwich and 2 drinks. The "person " making the food decided "she" would rather complain about what "her" job was and didn't care about what "her" manager wants done. I waited 20 minutes for my order and of course I was not happy. "She" was rude and got angry with me when I didn't answer "her" attitude laden remark. Never thought I would have had this experience with this location.

  For some reason they never get my orders right especially on the weekend the weekend workers SUCK!! Competence at an all time low . There’s one woman there that does get it right but I guess she’s gone from there which is definitely a step up for her . Also when I’m finished ordering I usually say “that’s it” so there’s really no need to keep asking “is that all” after every item I ask for . Expand your customer service skills pretty please!!! That’s it.

  This Dunkin is for fighters. on my mission to review every Dunkin ever in existence ever. this first one is a classic. The drive-through can be a little hectic and the parking lot is a mess. There should be maybe one more stop sign somewhere but overall, it’s good. Highly recommend playing chicken with other cars in the parking lot.

  I found staff to be rude, not listening to customers request and management should be addressing the attitudes at this location
