I ordered a new York style pizza and it has no crust and the pizza was paper thin. I called and asked nicely if they can reimburse or credit the pizza since I didn't order ultra thin crust and the guy said he was the manager and argued with me about how the new York style pizza has no crust and I mentioned I ordered the new York style pizza lots of times and it has crust and that this is the first time I got it with no crust and super thin. He told me well I'm not reimbursing you and you're not getting anything credited either then hung up on me. This is only the 4th time I ordered from this location and each time it's wrong and when you call you get a young guy on the phone and he says he's a manager and then if someone else calls right after making a complaint he says he's not the manager and that there is no manager and he's rude and nasty and does not care what issue you have with your food. I won't order here again unless there is a different manager who is caring and professional if he is there I'm not going there.
