  Filthy, trash was overflowing in all trash bins, tables covered in crumbs and sauce and the young man taking the orders was rude. We ate outside to have a clean eating area.

  Absolutely awful experience here and I always LOVE Chipotle regardless of location! This location puts Chipotle to shame, and honestly, if they continue this way, they will go out of business. I was here tonight a little before 8pm. They're open until 11pm. There was a line out the door and it was barely moving. Instead of focusing on the people in line, the employees were already putting food away. They kept telling people they were out of food when they actually weren't - it was because they had put it all away for the night (when it was finally my turn I said to them "wasn't it a little early to be closing down already," and after I said that one of the employees started putting the food back out). They already closed down the soda machines so anyone who wanted to buy soda, couldn't. Everyone in line was super mad. This was before 9:00pm and mind you, they close at 11:00. There were other employees just standing around doing nothing. They didn't even bag my food, I had to get a bag and put my food in there myself. I really hope management does something about this. But I wouldn't be surprised if management is aware and just doesn't care. This looks really bad, especially being a brand new location. It was obvious that the employees wanted to leave early and that's why they were already focusing on putting everything away and not a care in the world, including that the line was out the door.

  I meant to write this last Monday but better late than never. Gliss and Irving Zayas were absolutely amazing! I haven’t had an amazing and fun interaction like that in a long time. Service was outstanding! Very friendly and have positive attitudes. I have gone to different Chipotle’s and this is now my go to place. Definitely will be coming back, y’all are killing it. I hope management recognizes and supports these guy’s. Don’t lose good employees, value them!

  The problem with this location is poor management. I came in at 11:00 a.m. to eat (15 minutes after open). Floors and table were already dirty, probably from the day before, the drink case was not even half full, one of the fountain drinks wasn't filled, there were only two proteins available. One guy was making burritos and ringing orders while everyone else was on break or chatting. Four people in line waiting, and two of them were employees?! This is not difficult to manage but clearly no one was in charge.

  Place is disgusting. So much caked on food. The guy working their had his pants down below his butt. He pulled em up with his gloves on and I asked him to change them before making our food. He couldnt be bothered.... most of the food on the line was empty. we walked out and didn't eat. I hope chipotle starts addressing the quality of their staff. Its sad to see a beautiful location with such poor quality staff
