  I’m given this place zero stars the employee was very rude taken my order. My coworker just walked out when he got up to order. The man was very rude. I don’t know how you have people like that working for you.

  The food is fine most of the time unless ordering a happy meal where they mess up quite often. Also there is only one employee who is kind and welcoming, while the rest are very rude and unhelpful.

  This is perhaps one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I orderedbreakfast through the app, and got order confirmation…. I go in to pick it up, and my order is nowhere to be found. The workers were absolutely useless. I showed them my order confirmation along with a screenshot of my checking account, showing that the money has been deducted. They just said "okay" and walked away so I assumed they were going to get my order ready. I waited patiently for 10 minutes before checking back with them and they said, "Sorry because we never got the receipt on our system. We can't give you your order." And that was it. So here I am 20 minutes later, and $6 poorer and nothing to show for it. Whoever owns this particular location should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

  Ordered and waited a half an hour.. then had to leave it since it was too early, and I couldn’t cancel since it was being “prepared”.. disappointing. Drive thru wasn’t busy and the lobby was quiet btw. My mobile order was one item.

  This place always messes up the kids food or orders. Ordered two meals and a large fry, but then they only gave us the burgers, not the meal so they needed to correct it. Then we drive away and the fries were literally cold. Like not even warm. I drove back around and swapped them out. I gave them back the 2 small fries and 1 large fry and then they handed me a bag. We drive away and they ended up only giving me back 3 small fries.
