It seemed she wanted me to walk around the. Fruit display so that she could discuss the new display with another employee. We usually go to Roache brothers which is a bit more expensive then Shaws. But the product is better and the employees are genuinely nice.

They then say I didn’t select no substitute. Funny they were out of strawberries and didn’t substitute. Now I have to bring them the substitute item which defeats the purpose of delivering. I’m pretty sure the reacted mistake from Shaw’s will cause me to shop elsewhere with more competent employees. This order was wrong and no one there owns it. That’s the real problem. Own what you do so you can fix it and move on . They don’t so I might have to walk away from the organization as a whole. Stop blaming your customers and not holding your team responsible. They are not getting fired nor do I want to see that it’s a learning moment.
