- TWThe WandererFeb 17, 20264.0Early Tuesday AM is the time to go. Just me and the other 5 old men shopping at that time. No soccer moms in inappropriate clothing running me down with their carts. Keep in mind that staff are still stocking shelves so some deli items and fish counter are usually not open and Im to impatient to wait for the staff to come back. For someone with anxiety issues in crowds it is a thrill to shop here. Parking lot is great because I can park my truck away from othetr cars. Even on a busy day their is room for freaks like me. Produce is consistantly excellent.

Whent in after picking up and was able to get all of the items easily. Extremely lazy. Update: had to go in to get the items that weren't picked. Everyone one of them was available. But was told they were out of stock. Went to customer service. Dominique was amazing! She got the manager Jess, Jess walked up and could immediately tell she was frustrated and annoyed and could honestly care less. No empathy no customer service skills. Wrong role for Jess BTW. Explained what happened and that there are people that cant afford to spend money on an order and then because of lazy employees have to come in and spend more money. Yes it evens out at the end of the week. But there are people that cannot afford this shit. You are offering a service and not providing it. I wanted nothing other than to be heard. Jess gave me excuse after excuse eye rolls, and no empathy. She should not be employed here. And then I heard her complain about me to another employee great job hiring Shaws. I will bot be back. I will go to Hananfords. They at least treat people like people.
