  Always had a positive experience in the dozen or so times I've gone here. They always get me my 6 bacon wake up wraps with little issue.

  Just went thru the drive thru and ordered a small ice coffee. It is $3 and change. Paid with a $20 and received $11 and change back. Short exactly $5. Didn't realize it til I was halfway up Foundry St. Shame on me for not counting my change at the window! Hope this was not intentional. It was poor customer service as the register indicates the change. They don't even have to figure it out. Jeez.

  The owner needs to hire more employees to speed up the service and drive-thru.

  Very slow drive through. You're better off parking and getting a drink instead of waiting 15+ minutes in their drive through. Having said that, their coffee is consistent compared to other Dunkins around.
