  I went through the drive-through this morning to buy the Wicked Munchkin Tin Box for my daughters, who love Wicked. When I opened it, I was shocked to see that the 6” x 4” tin wasn’t even close to full — barely 10 munchkins inside. I’ve purchased munchkins dozens of times and usually get a few extras, so paying $10 for just 10 munchkins felt like a huge rip-off. I even parked and went inside to ask if this was a mistake. The employee told me the box “only comes with 10” and actually opened my box and counted them out instead of simply adding a few more to make it look reasonable. I ended up paying over $20 for two tins with only 20 munchkins total — completely disappointing. Between the lack of value and poor customer service, this was one of the most frustrating Dunkin’ experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely not worth it.

  Been going to this Dunkin for a few years as a “Plan B” Dunkin (as it’s further away from me). Very underrated Dunkin. Quality is always really good, the workers are nice.

  I used to go here all the time and never had any issues until recently they started to mess up my orders consistently, I work in food service so I don’t want to be that annoying customer demanding them to remake it if it tastes a little off but i am spending my money on the coffee so I do expect to get what I pay for, every single time i’ve ordered here recently it’s been either wrong size or wrong flavor. I’ve worked in coffee shops and I know what a caramel latte is supposed to taste like. When I go to the other Dunkin down the street my order is all correct, I don’t understand and am very disappointed :(

  They do a lousy job, they did not put one bit of sugar in my frozen coffee, the manager/supervisor needs to make sure the workers are actually “working”
