  Worst dunkin in Massachusetts, don’t come here, they ignored me for over 30 minutes and they don’t clean anything between usage. Just disgusting I also seen that they cut things on the table instead of on a board never coming back again!

  I’ve seen them cook the food directly on the table in the kitchen and it’s filthy, they don’t make drinks right they take orders inaccurately. They all have this weird thing going on. It’s never clean, foods cooked unsanitary, it’s disgusting.

  Always had a positive experience in the dozen or so times I've gone here. They always get me my 6 bacon wake up wraps with little issue.

  Just went thru the drive thru and ordered a small ice coffee. It is $3 and change. Paid with a $20 and received $11 and change back. Short exactly $5. Didn't realize it til I was halfway up Foundry St. Shame on me for not counting my change at the window! Hope this was not intentional. It was poor customer service as the register indicates the change. They don't even have to figure it out. Jeez.
