One worker has her friend hanging out at the counter with them holding their hand all day talking up front parking white Mazda suv and glaring at customers as they walk in. She has poor listening skills. I said is this my coffee? i asked because it was a small. I ordered a medium shaken expresso. she said Yes I said I always order a medium everyday. Please credit me and re charge me for what I asked for. she's still continued to charge me again for a medium when I asked her to credit me for the small and charge me for a medium like I asked for originally. When I asked for the coffee to be made over again she had an attitude and said oh I thought you asked me to add on a medium so she completely isn't listening to anything that's going on. So you lost a customer and I walked out because I shouldn't be standing there for 20 minutes waiting on one single coffee that I ordered there every single day. Listen to what the customer is asking for. This isn't the first time this manager has had an attitude and not got my order right. It pretty frustrating when they ask u your order and they type it in and still get it wrong. Shaken expresso $5.02. X 7 days . Not getting my money anymore.

I simply asked for milk in my latte, and she snapped back, "That's how it always is," all annoyed. She's has zero customer service skills. I've heard her trash-talking customers right to their faces, which is disrespectful. she doesn't even make good drinks. Every drink I’ve had from her I’ve had to throw away waste of money. She's always rushing, and it seems like she picks favorites. If she likes you, she takes her time if not, she practically throws your drink at you sliding it across the counter. Taking no time to hand it to you or even saying “have a good day or enjoy” and plus you get a snobby attitude to go with your drink! Honestly I go there on my way home from work often but let me just say from seeing all these actions from this one girl I no longer feel welcomed more uncomfortable to get a drink there while she’s working because I feel like such an bargain even though I’m the paying customer and receiving an Attuide. Atleast if that’s the new “thing” to do than atleast lower the prices 🤣
