  The staff did an awesome job banging out the orders efficiently and quickly. Their coordination and efforts as a team were excellent.

  This one has really gone downhill. All new staff in the past 6 months or so. One worker has her friend hanging out at the counter with them holding their hand all day talking up front parking white Mazda suv and glaring at customers as they walk in. Then they just talk amongst themselves loudly and unprofessional language

  So is that the Dightom dunkin' donuts today and I ordered a medium iced shaken espresso and the lady decided to make me a small shaken espresso every time I come into this place this manager has an attitude and talks back to the customer rudely. She has poor listening skills. I said is this my coffee? i asked because it was a small. I ordered a medium shaken expresso. she said Yes I said I always order a medium everyday. Please credit me and re charge me for what I asked for. she's still continued to charge me again for a medium when I asked her to credit me for the small and charge me for a medium like I asked for originally. When I asked for the coffee to be made over again she had an attitude and said oh I thought you asked me to add on a medium so she completely isn't listening to anything that's going on. So you lost a customer and I walked out because I shouldn't be standing there for 20 minutes waiting on one single coffee that I ordered there every single day. Listen to what the customer is asking for. This isn't the first time this manager has had an attitude and not got my order right. It pretty frustrating when they ask u your order and they type it in and still get it wrong. Shaken expresso $5.02. X 7 days . Not getting my money anymore.
