  I understand that when orders are placed online, they’re made right away—that makes sense. However, if a customer arrives and their smoothie has been sitting out and is melted, it shouldn’t be an issue to remake it. That’s just basic quality control. What made the experience frustrating wasn’t just the melted smoothie, but the attitude when addressing it. Explaining policy is fine, but it shouldn’t come off as dismissive when the product clearly isn’t in the condition it should be. This has happened more than once at this location, and I hope management can find a better balance between efficiency, product quality, and customer service.

  Found a hair in my sandwich. I showed the girl at the counter and she said the hair was mine..that noone there had hair that color. It was not my hair! My boyfriend saw me pull the hair from inside the sandwich. Not the 1st time I've had an issue at this location. I was charged twice for an online order and they refused to return my money, stating that I needed to prove that I didn't order it twice. Won't make the mistake of coming here again.

  Spent 16$ on a chocolate pb smoothie no banana and add supplements. The drink I received was just ice, yogurt and maybe the supplements. Absolutely terrible, no peanut butter at all and definitely no chocolate of any kind. Extremely disappointing. Food and service otherwise good
