  My mobile order that I placed 15 minutes before I even got to the restaurant and had to wait about 40 minutes before the food was even ready. Not counting the time that I had to wait for my food bag to be “checked” which that took another 20 minutes because the manager that was checking them was too busy yelling at the employees. So by this point I have been waiting over an hour for my food, which is ridiculous. Don’t come here if you want a fast meal.

  They’ve changed the bread they use, it’s now frozen, not fresh, and tastes awful. Really disappointed

  I go to Panera to get above average food. The atmosphere was great and the employees were nice. The food was bad. The salad I ordered was a Greek salad it had half a bowl of banana peppers in. The salad was terribly assembled and just had basically no dressing. My wife ordered one of the new sandwiches. There was barely anything in the sandwich just a piece of lettuce a small piece of meat and bread. The whole sandwich was basically bread. My wife added onions there were two onion pieces added on. Look I get it Panera workers are underpaid and frankly don’t care I get it. If I was severely underpaid I wouldn’t care either. I just would like better standards for going to Panera. Me and my wife both agreed we will not eat at Panera again after this experience.

  Ordered online, never received food they won’t answer phones to get a new order….. this was the photo of the delivery hmmm no foood
